Statement from D

Why did we create TSG?

That's a great question. Thank you for asking, but its a long story. So, sit down and relax because its going to take a bit to   explain. This journey was taking years to put together and then God said, "DO IT! ITS TIME NOW"!

God bless you! for researching us. My name is not important, but you can call me D, for now.                                                   Thanks for wanting to get to know a little bit about all of us here at Trinity Veterans Group (TSG) .

This group of veterans is what this entity is all about. As veterans, we have been beaten down, kicked around, bloodied, bruised, abandoned, and labeled with ridiculous, overstated and overly simplified acronyms to describe how crazy the uninitiated think we are. This forcibly imposed labeling is coming from our own people. We call that friendly fire in the military, and good people have died because of these unnecessary labels. The issue is, it is not the veterans fault that uninitiated people do not understand who we are now. We cannot be the same person after we joined the military. Even a person returning home from college is forever changed from the person they were before they left home.

We have had enough! We declare from this day forward, we will be individuals who reject forcibly imposed labels. We are not victims; we are not broken; we are Warriors, fulfilling our God given talents and we will use our talents again, starting right now, for a time such as this. Esther 4:14

Our new mission is to provide information on how every citizen can protect themselves, their homes, their churches, their families, their schools, and their communities. We believe God selected us as Warriors for this       moment. We also believe that you are also getting called to serve your family and community and we want to show you how. Our mission is to equip civilians with the skills necessary to respond to emergency situations effectively and without fear. This initiative also aims to address the critical issue of first responder, response times.                   The average response times nationwide is ten plus minutes. That is according to open source government statistics. It is essential for you to verify these statistics for accuracy on your own. Click here for a general overview.

We also believe that our world, America in particular, has been taken over on every level by political and passive   aggressive leaders (cowards). Politics is not an effective leadership method and is not tolerated at TSG. Why? We know that some individuals use their titles to avoid conflicts while attempting to satisfy everyone, similar to the approach taken by politicians.

We are not like your normal leaders that you see in today’s world, we speak confidently and share our knowledge matter-of-factly but with humility and grace. A political Leader, leads by pushing from behind. Their only aim is to advance their own career and obtain titles to glorify themselves. Regardless of the impact on those they are supposed to serve.

True Leaders demonstrate their skills by leading from the front, pulling you forward, while at the same time motivating individuals to surpass their perceived limitations. They believe in the “leader eats last” rule.                         Warriors do not follow titles; they follow leaders. Are you a Leader or a passive aggressive politician/COWARD?

If you are not sure but you want to be a leader, FOLLOW US! We follow God and His leadership example.               Mathew 9:9, Philippians 2:3

 Leadership Test

Here is a breakdown of how the world categorizes personality traits. Please take time to read and recognize where you fit in the personality characteristics below.

Alpha:

Key Characteristics: Confident, assertive, charismatic, and dominant.

Leadership Style: Often seen as natural leaders who take charge and make decisions. They may be decisive and driven but can sometimes be perceived as controlling or aggressive.

Potential Strengths in Leadership: Can inspire and motivate teams, make quick decisions, and take charge in challenging situations.

Potential Weaknesses in Leadership: May struggle with collaboration or be perceived as arrogant.

Beta:

Key Characteristics: Cooperative, loyal, empathetic, and team oriented.

Leadership Style: Often supports and encourages others, focusing on teamwork and collaboration.

Potential Strengths in Leadership: Excellent at building relationships and fostering a positive team environment.

Potential Weaknesses in Leadership: May be hesitant to take charge or make independent decisions.

Sigma:

Key Characteristics:

Independent, self-reliant, adaptable, and confident, sometimes described as a "lone wolf". Often confused with being an Alpha.

Leadership Style:

Influence through quiet authority and expertise rather than direct dominance.

Potential Strengths in Leadership:

Can be innovative and adaptable, comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Potential Weaknesses in Leadership:

May be perceived as unapproachable or unwilling to collaborate.

Omega:

Key Characteristics:

Introverted, unconventional, self-sufficient, and imaginative.

Leadership Style:

May not seek leadership roles but can be effective leaders through their unique perspectives and unconventional thinking.

Potential Strengths in Leadership:

Bringing a unique perspective, can be highly creative and innovative.

Potential Weaknesses in Leadership:

May struggle with social interaction or perceived as out of touch with the team's needs.

Important Considerations: Leadership is Multifaceted, leadership is not just something you are born with. It is ever changing, and it can be best described as a living creature. E.g., something conceived, born, developed over time and eventually semi-perfected. However, a leader, regardless of where they are in their development, needs to recognize they have an obligation to continue to learn and that their sole purpose should always be to develop and provide guidance for the people they are responsible for. If every personality type listed above does this, they can all become great leaders, but they will need to be self-aware enough to recognize and overcome their own weaknesses.

If you see yourself in multiple descriptions, you are very self-aware and are well on your way to being a great leader.

A great leader should always use the “leader eats last” rule. That simply means that it’s never about the leader, it’s always about the team first, both collectively and individually. ALWAYS! Philippians 2:3

The initial idea, was born after I started losing my Army buddies to suicide (self medicating to death). Typically, drugs and alcohol related suicide that is disguised as accidents so their families could still receive benefits and financial assistance. This trend I am seeing, leads me to believe that the number of veteran suicides are much higher than the government wants us to know.

The reported National average of Veteran Suicides is 22 per day. This number is disgusting! Imagine me as a Christian man, coming to the realization that these Vets may have died before knowing that Jesus saves all who come to Him. Especially Warriors that have sacrificed so much for their people. John 15:13. Yes! these Vets are dying because of their hopelessness after being abandoned by the very people they swore oaths to defend and by the government entity that is supposed to help them, THE VETERANS ADMINISTRATION (The V.A.'s un-official moto- Delay, Deny until they Die.

My original thought was to get involved in nonprofit organizations that "claim" to help vets. It sickened me to           discover that most of these entities make a disgusting amount of money through donations from people wanting to help veterans. However, they only disperse a very small fraction of that donated money to the Veterans while paying themselves 6 figure incomes and more.

The next evolution of this growing idea hit me like lightning. Expose Veterans to the bible, and specifically about Gods true nature as a Warrior, Judge, and Savior, filled with eternal love for His creation, us.

The next evolution for this group, came while trying to increase security at my child’s schools. A saga that I am still in the middle of today.

During these many years of trying to get my child’s schools (PLURAL) to do what is right for the sake of the children. I came to realize that school administrators, for the most part, are not bad people, and they appear to genuinely care about the kids. I might go so far as to say, "their hearts are in the right place". The problem starts when they rely solely on advice and tactics used by law enforcement to “mitigate” (remember this word) loss life.  "Mitigation" in this context means, sacrificing an acceptable number of children due to budget allotments that are incorrectly prioritized, poor planning, bad advice, ineffective tactics, and school leaders' overreliance on timely police and medical intervention. In General, a lack of understanding about the security threats schools face in todays world.

Let me say this part again, your child will be considered an acceptable loss, (MITIGATED) if the unthinkable     happens at their school. Essential information you need as a parent is that police and fire departments response times are 10 plus minutes and the fact that a vast majority of school shootings are over within the first 3 minutes. This should be an unacceptable tactic to build school security protocols around. I am simply not ok with my child being considered as an acceptable loss, are you ok with that? I didn't think so. It is time for you all to get involved and ask hard questions of your kids school. A very important and not widely known tactic with a mass casualty event is that medical first responders CAN NOT get to work until after the police first responders clear the entire area of threats. This could add many minutes or hours to necessary life saving medical intervention. This has been demonstrated with both pre and post, Uvalde school shooting. Those who were still alive waited in vain for medical help and succumbed to their wounds. Unfortunately, these are the reported facts from investigators after the fact.

Eventually, a hard truth hit me square in the face, I can only do so much without help. So I started recruiting veterans to help me. Psalm 28:7

Fast forward to now, I believe at some point during all of this, God showed me a way to help my community with the talents He gave me. While at the same time helping my fellow Warriors, by giving them a chance to know God and His true nature, while at the same time reminding them of their purpose, and using their God given talents to serve others, AGAIN! Amen! 1 Peter 4:10James 1:17Romans 12:6-8, Matthew 25:14-30, Matthew 5:161 Timothy 4:14

So, here we are with what you see before you. Two seemingly counter intuitive ideas, married together like clockworks into this newly formed group (TSG).

We do not want to frighten you, we are here to EMPOWER YOU. You already know what we are saying is true. You watch the news, you have seen for yourself and you understand that in every news report involving law     enforcement will almost never say, “police stopped an attack or a crime while in progress today.”(This is not a dig on law enforcement because if they were honest with themselves and you, they will confirm what I am saying to be true. It is just how law enforcement is set up. I know for fact that they would love nothing more than to be there to stop every crime. In short, they are the wrong tool for the job of self-defense and physical security, like a carpenter using a tape measure as a hammer.

This is one reason we feel the need for our services is so great at this point in history, because the world is in such chaos that everyone should know how to provide safety and security for their own families because The police WILL NOT and CANNOT arrive in time to save you and your family.

We also believe that sharing our talents and knowledge is a community service that should be a FREE gift to everyone and not to be used to enrich ourselves, on the backs of VETERANS. These same services we are offering to you are also offered at extremely high prices from security firms of all shapes and sizes and can only be purchased by the ultra-rich. Side note: The wealthy are also welcome to use our services, and they will also not be charged one red cent! Why? Because our mission is to serve everyone, as God commands us all to do. Amen!

The verses below, emphasize that serving others is a core Christian principle, reflecting God's love and compassion and demonstrates our faith in action.

Galatians 5:13-14: "For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don't use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love. For the whole law can be summed up in this one command: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.’

Matthew 20:26-28: "Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

1 Peter 4:10: “Offer everybody hospitality to one another without grumbling. As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace:"

Hebrews 13:16:"Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God."

Matthew 25:40: "Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me."

Luke 6:38: "Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.”

Colossians 3:23-24: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ."

John 15:12-13:"Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends."

Proverbs 3:27: "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to do it."

Proverbs 19:17: "Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will repay him for his deed."

We feel blessed to have been led by God into a niche that all veterans are uniquely qualified for and we feel it is     especially important to make it a FREE service, for a time such as this. Esther 4:14

REMEMBER, YOU! are 911.

Only you will be there in time to save yourself and your family.

Were you created for a time such as this? Esther 4:14

Only you can answer that.

Give us a call when you figure it out.

Thank you,

D
