Leadership in a Fallen World
Leadership looks a lot like the first panel on the picture below. However, there are still pockets of GREAT Leaders still functioning today. The only way I know how to combat these despots is by educating the future Leaders on how to lead from the front. Lead by Dictatorship or Lead by Example? Who would you prefer to report to? How would you lead if you were given the opportunity?
At TSG, we try to emulate God's leadership style. He is always in front, leading the way, leading by example.
Amen!

We believe that our world, America in particular has been taken over on every level by political and passive aggressive leaders (COWARDS). Politics is not an effective leadership method, you CAN NOT make everyone HAPPY and is a method that will not be tolerated at TSG. Why? Because we know that most individuals in leadership are not qualified to lead a trip to the bathroom, they will eventually get lost.
Are you a Peacemaker or a Peacekeeper? Polar opposite ideas, that people use to obtain peace within an organization.
The Peacemaker will at all costs, try and make peace in every situation. They will compromise on everything, up to and including the truth, justice and their own morals to maintain peace. (Ahab Spirit/Coward)
The Peacekeeper, will go to war to maintain peace, they will never compromise the truth, justice and their own morals. (Elijah Spirit/Warrior) Paraphrased quote from a, Pastor Mark Driscoll sermon.
We are Peacekeepers. We are not like your normal leaders that you see in today’s world, we speak confidently and share our knowledge matter-of-factly with Truth, Grace and humility. A political Leader leads by pushing from behind. Their only aim is to advance their own career and obtain titles to glorify themselves, regardless of the impact on those they are supposed to serve.
True Leaders demonstrate their qualities by leading from the front, pulling their people forward, while at the same time motivating individuals and teams to surpass their self-perceived limitations. They believe in the “leader eats last” rule. Warriors refuse to follow titles, they follow leaders. "Normal People" in general are forced to follow bad leaders. Why? Because the owners/high level managers in a company that promote or hire unqualified people into leadership positions based on seniority, politics and other more nefarious purposes. By doing it this way they create a back biting, passive aggressive work environment that is best described with the, "crabs in a bucket" metaphor. Then the owners/management team cant figure out why productivity is so low, why the employee turn over rate is so high, and why does innovation and creativity no longer exist in their company. Truly shooting themselves in the foot.
Are you a Leader or a passive aggressive politician/COWARD?
We here at TSG say either LEAD, FOLLOW, OR GET OUT OF THE WAY!
If you are not sure and you want to be a leader, FOLLOW US! We follow God and His leadership example.

Leadership Test
Here is a breakdown of how the world categorizes leadership traits. Please take time to read and recognize what best describes you.
Alpha:
- Key Characteristics: Confident, assertive, charismatic, and dominant.
- Leadership Style: Often seen as natural leaders who take charge and make decisions. They may be decisive and driven but can sometimes be perceived as controlling or aggressive.
- Potential Strengths in Leadership: Can inspire and motivate teams, make quick decisions, and take charge in challenging situations.
- Potential Weaknesses in Leadership: May struggle with collaboration or be perceived as arrogant.
Beta:
- Key Characteristics: Cooperative, loyal, empathetic, and team oriented.
- Leadership Style: Often supports and encourages others, focusing on teamwork and collaboration.
- Potential Strengths in Leadership: Excellent at building relationships and fostering a positive team environment.
- Potential Weaknesses in Leadership: May be hesitant to take charge or make independent decisions.
Sigma:
- Key Characteristics: Independent, self-reliant, adaptable, and confident, sometimes described as a "lone wolf". Often confused with being an Alpha.
- Leadership Style: Influence through quiet authority and expertise rather than direct dominance.
- Potential Strengths in Leadership: Can be innovative and adaptable, comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- May be wrongfully perceived as unapproachable or unwilling to collaborate.
Omega:
- Key Characteristics: Introverted, unconventional, self-sufficient, and imaginative.
- Leadership Style: May not seek leadership roles but can be effective leaders through their unique perspectives and unconventional thinking.
- Potential Strengths in Leadership: Bringing a unique perspective can be highly creative and innovative.
- Potential Weaknesses in Leadership: May struggle with social interaction or perceived as out of touch with the team's needs.
Important Considerations: Leadership is Multifaceted, leadership is not just something you are born with. It is ever changing, and it can be best described as a living creature. E.g., something conceived, born, developed over time and eventually semi-perfected. Every person in a leadership role, regardless of where they are in their development, needs to recognize they have an obligation to continue to learn and that their sole purpose should always be to serve, develop and provide guidance for the people they are responsible for. If every personality type listed above does this, they can all become great leaders, but they will need to be self-aware enough to recognize and overcome their own weaknesses.
If you see yourself in multiple descriptions, you are very self-aware and are well on your way to being a great leader. Philippians 2:3

When I found these videos, they helped change the course of my life. They gave me a true vision of Jesus being a Warrior, not a pacifist. This paradigm shift helped me on my way to creating TSG, which I believe is a calling from God.
Amen!
Truth can be hard to hear at times, but you still need to hear it. Even if we try and hide from it and plug our ears so we dare not hear the truth, it wont change what is true. Its time to face truth head on like a man.
